MAIN INITIATIVES
In 2025 we have implemented Employee Satisfaction Survey to gain insights into employees’ motivation and satisfaction. By defining long term improvement plans we want to create good working atmosphere and strengthen engagement of our teams.
Meeting employees’ expectations, we have already started to define and implement training programs focused on leadership.

We aim to improve eNPS from -26 in 2025 to a positive score (>0) by 2029, based on the Employee Engagement Survey.
